Join us for the Last Solitude Race of 2021. Find your groove, enjoy the serenity, and reflect on the wonderful running season we’ve experienced. Thank you for you support! Hope to see you there!
Registration begins at 5 P.M by the Last Chance Lodge (start/finish)
Race begins at 6:30 P.M. by the Last Chance Lodge. Park in Solitude Entrance #2 and walk thru the village to the ski lift area. Raffle give away after the race finishes. Bring a hydration pack as water will be only at Start/Finish. Important: If you think there’s ANY chance that you’ll finish this course after 8:15 PM, BRING A HEADLAMP!:)Thanks for playing it safe and being courteous to your fellow racers.
Waivers: All participants must sign both a Wasatch Trail Run Series Waiver and a Solitude Waiver signed prior to the race. Click here to sign.

Start on Raptor Loop and follow Down & Out Tr. to Serenity Tr. Take Serenity switchbacks, continue straight onto and climb up and down Queen Bess Tr., right on Raptor road, at Roundhouse Lodge turn right on new trail (not shown on Solitude map) that climbs up to top of Moonbeam express, short jog down road, right on Raptor Road, left on Kruzr Connect, left on Kruzr Trail back down to base back to Finish.
Long Course 8.3 miles miles 1121 ft Elevation Gain

Start on Raptor Loop and follow Down & Out Tr. to Serenity Tr., Take Serenity switchbacks, continue straight onto and climb up and down Queen Bess Tr. , right on Raptor road. At Roundhouse Lodge turn right on new trail that climbs up to top of Moonbeam express, short jog down road, right on Raptor Road, continue past Kruzr Connect (Short Course turn off) climb Raptor Road up onto Kruzr Trail thru beautiful meadow, short climb thru trees. At junction stay left on Kruzr Trail (not signed) Stay on Kruzr for awhile, left on Lookout Tr., left on Raptor Road, right on single track (upper portion of Serenity),.At junction of Serenity and Queen Bess turn right down Serenity Trail, onto and up Down and Out (retrace the start of the course in the opposite direction) to Finish
Note: The majority of this course is on beautiful single track. There’s a short steep portion of dirt road but besides that it’s all runnable. Enjoy!
